Martin has over 11 years experience as a professional wedding photographer.
Before becoming a professional photographer, Martin spent 10 years in the Royal Marine Commandos. During this time he travelled the world, though of course he can’t talk too much about it. He admits to not being as fit as he was in those days due to his love of Curley Wurleys. That said, Martin did raise money for good causes last year by taking part in the Big Bike Ride 2, which was organised by the Professional Cricketers Association and the Tom Maynard Trust. Starting off in Truro, Cornwall he cycled all the way to The Oval cricket ground in London via North Devon, Exmoor, Taunton, Southampton and Brighton.
Despite being an ex marine, Martin is one of the most gentle people you could hope to meet and he admits to getting more and more emotional as he gets older. He loves to laugh a lot and says being creative keeps him sane and stops him from barking at the moon.
Martin is a devoted husband and father and is very proud of his three fab children. He has at least on date night a month with his wife, Katie.
Martin’s professional aspiration is ‘to be better than I was last week’.
