• A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is required to hold a booking.
• Full payment is required 28 days prior to the wedding.
• In the event that a client cancels the wedding less than 1month prior to the event, they must pay the complete outstanding balance.
• Permission is granted for Pippa Mackenzie to use any of the photographs for advertising purposes.
• Travel outside a radius of 50miles is charged at £0.40 per mile.
• Hotel accommodation required for night before wedding if over 100 miles from Liphook.
• Central London weddings - congestion charge and any parking charges at cost.
• Pippa Mackenzie shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used.
• The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to Pippa Mackenzie. You may not copy the photographs taken under this contract, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically or by any other means without prior consent from Pippa Mackenzie.
• In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Pippa Mackenzie's control, her liability shall be limited to the full refund of all monies paid. Pippa Mackenzie has full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
